Abha
As the Chief Human Resources Officer, Abha is responsible for the overall development and delivery of the people related strategy at Focus. Woking closely with the leadership team, she spends her time building a thriving workplace culture where every employee can excel and reach their full potential throughout the partnership.
Abha has more than 25 years of work experience, including total rewards, compensation, benefits, and accounting. Most recently, she was the Vice President, Global HR, Total Rewards at Heidrick & Struggles. Prior to that she was the Head of Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits at Brown & Brown, Inc.
In 2021, Abha was named as an Influential Woman in Business honoree by the Daytona Beach News-Journal. Abha is a CPA, licensed in the State of Iowa, a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) and a Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP). She has completed Chief Human Resources Officer Program at Wharton. She earned her MBA from Maharishi University of Management in Fairfield, Iowa. She holds a Masters of Taxation degree from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor of Commerce with Honors from Delhi University in India.
Outside of work, Abha enjoys traveling with her family and volunteers her time in the community. She is also a frequent speaker at industry events.
