Tony
Tony is a forward‑looking leader and longtime advocate for families navigating complexity across their financial lives. He serves as Executive Vice President of Focus Financial Partners and Co‑Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SCS Financial, a firm purpose‑built to serve ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals and families.
As EVP of Focus Financial Partners, Tony works closely with the senior management team in helping devise and execute on overall firm strategy. In this capacity, he is committed to a decision-making process that puts the interests of the clients first and supporting an internal culture of positivity and collaboration.
Tony co‑founded SCS in 2002 with a clear vision, to build a deeply integrated, client‑aligned firm designed to support the full scope of a family’s financial needs. Since transitioning into the CEO role in 2019, he has focused on guiding the firm’s overall vision, strategy, and culture. While leading SCS’s continued evolution, Tony remains closely connected to clients, advising families across generations on the complex financial decisions that shape their lives.
Prior to SCS, Tony was a Vice President in the Private Wealth Management Group at Goldman Sachs. He began his career as a process engineer at Biogen, Inc. before transitioning into finance. Tony serves on the Advisory Council of the Concussion and CTE Foundation, which works to advance understanding, visibility, and accountability around concussion management and brain health in sports. He also serves on the Board of Directors of JMA Wireless. Tony earned a BA in Biochemistry from Bowdoin College and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
